1. Acceptance

By using lucid-escape.pages.dev, booking or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to Lucid Escape's Privacy policy.

2. Booking and holds

• You choose a case (room), date, session and team size; the price shown when you book is the price for that booking.
• After you submit, the session is held for 30 minutes while you pay the 100,000₫ deposit by QR transfer, using your case ID as the transfer note.
• If the deposit isn't received in time, the booking is cancelled automatically and the session reopens for other teams.
• A booking is confirmed once staff check and record the deposit. You'll see “Confirmed” on the case page, in your account and by email (if given).
• Bookings made by phone, Fanpage, Zalo or at the desk are created and confirmed with you directly by staff.

3. Payment

The deposit counts toward the total. The rest is paid at the desk when your team arrives. Voucher codes apply only under each promotion's conditions and are applied when you book.

4. Rescheduling, cancellations and deposits

• To change your session or cancel, contact us by phone or Fanpage as early as possible.
• Whether a deposit is refunded or kept on cancellation is decided by Lucid Escape case by case and made clear to you when you contact us. The deposit status (refunded / kept) is always recorded on your booking.
• In case of force majeure or a problem with the room, Lucid Escape will contact you to move your session or settle the deposit.

5. On the day

• Please arrive before your session for the briefing; arriving late may shorten your team's play time.
• Follow staff safety instructions, take care of the props and don't take items out of the rooms.
• Lucid Escape may refuse service to anyone behaving dangerously or disturbing others.

6. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secret and giving accurate details. An account only shows your own bookings. Lucid Escape may suspend accounts used for fraud, spam or accessing other people's data.

7. Content and copyright

Storylines, images, videos and design on this site belong to Lucid Escape. By submitting a review or photo, you allow Lucid Escape to show it on the site and its channels; you can ask us to remove it at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

We try to keep information on the site (prices, availability, promotions) accurate and current, but it may change. The price and session confirmed when you book are what apply.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as our service changes. The latest update date is always shown at the top. Existing bookings follow the terms in force when they were made.
